This is an NOS pair of door striker plates, Ford part #B6A 7022008-A and B6A 7022009-A. These striker plates are assembly line originals used on all 1956 Fords, Thunderbirds, Lincolns and Mercurys. It was replaced with a three piece design striker plate in 1957. They were used on both the front and rear doors on Ford passenger cars, Lincoln's and Mercurys. They are one of the CTCI excellence in authenticity items, perfect for a concours restoration! Honda Odyssey minivan recalled for faulty tailgate struts
Wed, 22 Feb 2012Honda said on Wednesday that it will recall about 45,800 Odyssey minivans from the 2008 and 2009 model years to replace the power-tailgate struts. Honda says the gas-filled struts that support the tailgate are prone to early failure. This could lead to the tailgate closing unexpectedly.
