Indian-born and Dubai-based Cheerag Arya has commissioned a special one-off Ferrari 599 GTO – the Ferrari SP Arya. FILM FOOTAGE showing the shocking consequences of motorists not slowing down or paying attention when driving through roadworks has been released by the Highways Agency.
