No games here.  Very hard to find in ANY condition, this is a FIXED, NOT REMOTE CONTROL exterior FACTORY FENDER MOUNTED rear view mirror CORRECT for 1961 through 1964 model year Chrysler and Imperial. This IS NOT a DEALER installed mirror, this is the genuine article, with DPCD stamped into its hooded mirror cover. It comes to you with the rubber base gasket, marked part # 2161931, and both mounting screws. The condition is very good, not PERFECT, NOT NEW, but an excellent survivor that would look good on a daily driver or an original car. This would be a very easy re plate for show chrome. IT IS NOT PITTED, it does have the pepper look and splaying in spots, but NOT covered with open , rough pits. There is some damage the outer lower ridge on the back of the mirror, 3 small indentations, see pictures and use enlarger . Mirror glass in in very nice shape and is sort of dark tint. Mirror glass is marked 2 DM 2 .  NO IT IS NOT A PERFECT, NEW mirror, it is a 52-56 year old SURVIVOR.

I purchased this mirror in 1992, ( See receipt), from Freemans Auto, I paid $150.00 at that time, plus shipping fees. The mirror has been packed away since 1992, in the package it came to me in. I sold the car i purchased this for many years ago, not looking to get RICH on it, just looking to recover my money and fees.  PLEASE LOOK AT THE PHOTOS, AND IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, ASK THEM. THIS IS A VERY HARD TO LOCATE MIRROR, IT WAS HARD TO FIND IN 1992 IN THIS CONDITION.
I am hoping some other Mopar lover can put it too good use.

When I purchased this mirror, it was stated in writing ( see copy of receipt) that it also fits the 1960 Chrysler and Imperial, while i do believe this, i have recently learned that in some states, ( California being one of them) a slightly different design was used.  CHECK YOUR PART NUMBERS AGAINST THE ONE I HAVE LISTED BEFORE PURCHASE, THE MIRROR IS SOLD AS IS WITH NO RETURNS AS STATED IN TERMS OF AUCTION
