one generator mounting boss chipped and one stud hole oversize needs repair
Manufacturer Part Number:3797901 Part Brand:chevy Warranty:No

The generator boss nears welded as does one stud hole is oversize. This is an original 3797901 2.5 inch exhaust manifold for 1962 and 1963 chevy impalas and also corvettes with 327 engines 300 horsepower and up. It is not a show piece as it is pitted and has one stud hole oversize and the generator boss has a piece broken on one side. With some welding It is still a usable manifold. It does not have casting dates as originals do not have dates . It has the casting marks on top. see photo. this is the left or drivers side. please read the whole description as I have had problems with people not reading and then complaining. remember, it is 50 years old but still better than a Chinese reproduction. With a little welding it would be good to go . New lower price!
