Very nice console and factory 3 speed auto shifter with correct walnut knob. Console was originally tan. Paint is nice but not perfect. No repairs to door hinge and the gap when closed is awesome. The insert has been painted silver and has an area where it appears to have gotten hot and melted some but still looks nice. There has been a repair made (see pic 11) where the shifter attaches to the console but it will not affect installation. A small bracket was used to replace the missing plastic. There are no visible cracks when the insert is installed. Outstanding condition for a 45+ year old plastic part. The front mounting bracket is included but the rear is missing. Also missing the blue seal around the shifter and the lens for the light inside the box. The console will be fully insured and shipped priority.
