New Old Stock 70-74 Big Block Hi-Performace Exhaust Manifold Heat Riser Control Valve Kit, complete with OEM Instructions and in Original Packaging. Will NOT work on the Standard Low-Performance Exhaust Manifolds. This is the 72-74 OEM Part # 3683945, which is the Supersceded Kit for the 70-71 Part # 3420046. We have compared this # 3683945 Kit to the Earlier # 3420046 Kit, and have found no difference between them. Even the Counter Weights, between either of the Kits, have the same # 3418410 Casting # on them. So they will be correct in every way for any for the 70-74 HP Big Blocks.

Item is in good condition with no broken pieces, cracks or major scratches.
