Up for bid is a 1976 Porsche 924 parts car.  This car is mostly complete and was bought from a junkyard as a project.  Unfortunately, time and financial constraints prevent finishing it.
The engine runs when hotwired and run off of starting fluid.
body is pretty straight, glass is good.

CPP's Brendan O'Toole & Spyker's Victor Muller - when things seemed simple The rather surprising news breaking overnight that Victor Muller has done a deal with a North American Private Equity firm – North Street Capital – to buy Spyker was something of a surprise; we still expected the deal with CPP, backed by Muller’s banker Vladimir Antonov, to conclude in an orderly fashion. So before we jumped in with a report we thought we ought to dig a bit and see what’s going on. But we’re still really none the wiser.

Beattie joins Fisker as prices climb

Fisker Automotive, maker of the luxury hybrid Fisker Karma, has appointed luxury-brands executive Richard Beattie to the newly created position of chief commercial officer. Beattie will be responsible for sales, marketing and customer service for the brand. Beattie comes from a strong run as executive vice president of sales and marketing for Jaguar North America and, before that, for Jaguar Land Rover North America, positions which followed a career at Ford, where he was most recently president and CEO of Mazda’s North American operations.

Jaguar puts C-X75 supercar on ice

Jaguar has reversed its plan to sell the C-X75 hybrid supercar, fearing the project could be a commercial failure unable to recoup its investment. ‘After a thorough reassessment of the market conditions, the company’s view is that the global economic landscape does not currently support the introduction of a supercar such as C-X75,’ said Adrian Hallmark, Jaguar global brand director. Together with project partner Williams F1, Jaguar has built five prototypes of the plug-in hybrid.
