I usually am in contact with the buyer within the first 24 hours - if you do not hear from me, please feel free to email me. I do need to hear from you within 3 days of the end of the auction.

I ship every day and prefer USPS or UPS Ground (US ONLY). I do NOT have access to Fed EX. In most cases, I will give you the options for shipping - the charges will be actual with no handling fees attached.

I do expect payment within 10 days. If I don't receive payment within the 10 days, I will email you using the eBay invoice option to check the status and your intentions to complete the auction. If I do NOT get a response with 48 hours of that email - I will relist the item and begin the Non-Paying Buyer Process.

Insurance on your purchase is entirely up to you. I have been known to over pack the items - I do take protecting your purchase very serious. If your purchase is NOT insured and it is lost or stolen - I can not be responsible.

If an item is grossly misrepresented - I will work with the buyer to resolve the misrepresentation. I always leave feedback - usually within the month of the purchase. I "always" combine shipping and offer the most reasonable shipping options.
