Spyker Venator – First photo and details of Spyker’s B6 Concept arrive
Sat, 02 Mar 2013The first photo of the Spyker Venator – Spyker’s new car concept for the Geneva Motor Show – has arrived ahead of a reveal next week. If the modern history of Spyker (and of Saab) has taught us anything, it’s that you should never doubt the ability of a dapper, self-confident, deal-making Dutchman to bounce back from adversity. Audi S4 and S4 Avant (2008) first official photos
Tue, 23 Sep 2008By Ben Whitworth First Official Pictures 23 September 2008 00:01 This is Audi’s all-new S4 which makes its debut in saloon and Avant (estate) guise at next month’s Paris motor show. It may look much like you’d expect it to, but in a radical move, Audi is turning its back on turbocharging – the S4 is powered by a new supercharged 3.0-litre V6 that pumps out 329bhp and a hefty 325lb ft of torque for a 5.1 second sprint to 60mph and a 155mph top speed. We’re a little perplexed ourselves, to be honest.
Transport dangers
Tue, 22 Oct 2013FILM FOOTAGE showing the shocking consequences of motorists not slowing down or paying attention when driving through roadworks has been released by the Highways Agency. One bit of film shows a lorry overturning, while another shows a truck ploughing into the back of a car. The footage prompted a Government minister to warn drivers that "saving a few seconds on your journey is simply not worth it".
