Peugeot 3008 HYbrid4 first of string of new Peugeot hybrids

Peugeot will launch the new 3008 HYbrid4 crossover in autumn 2011 as the world's first diesel-electric hybrid car - and it's the first in a string of hybrid cars coming from Peugeot and Citroen. Kansas City car dealer admits to sending $23,500 to al-Qaida

A Kansas City used-car and auto-parts dealer admitted in federal court to sending $23,500 to terrorist group al-Qaida. Khalid Ouazzani pleaded guilty on Wednesday to terrorism-related charges in court in Missouri and admitted he sent the money to the terrorist organization through a bank in the United Arab Emirates in 2007-08. He also pleaded guilty to bank fraud and money laundering.

Rare early Jaguar E-Type sells for £88,000

ONE OF THE MOST RARE Jaguar E-Types, and one of the first to be built in the 1960s sold has at auction for more than £88,000. An anonymous British buyer from the south of England bought the iconic sports car at an auction in Ascot, Berkshire. The hammer fell at £77,000, but with a buyer's premium the final bill was £88,040, a spokesman for Coys the auctioneers said.
