Factory original Oldsmobile 4-speed shift knob from a 68 442 with factory Hurst shifter & 4-speed console (no shift pattern engraving), part #395796. It is fine thread, so only fits these early shifters, not a new/newer Hurst stick with coarse threads. Please check your shifter to be sure before purchasing. It still has the rubber gasket in the thread bore and the threads are in good condition. These are hard to find as originals. I will ship free via US Postal within the 48 states. Alfa Romeo 4C spied in Michigan

Porsche Panamera Convertible coming
Fri, 09 Oct 2009Porsche are planning a 2 door Panamera Convertible That new Porsche 928 now looks an even more likely possibility after Automotive News reported that Porsche are looking to make a convertible Panamera. But it won’t be a four door convertible, but a two door. The report says that is to help with rigidity (we buy that) and to keep weight down (yeah, just like they have on the saloon), but what it does mean is that Porsche could easily engineer a fixed-roof, shortened Panamera to create a high-end GT in the style of the 928.
