It was published by the Publications International Group in 2012 and is nicely detailed covering all the listed  vehicles. The book measures 6-1/2"x6-1/2", features a full 320 pages and is filled with full-color and B/W factory photos, reproductions of original manufacturer brochures and asvertisments.
