The car, however, is a track-only creation for the World Series by Renault racing championships. The video might be called ‘BMW M is preparing something new’, but the engine isn’t really a fresh design. It’s actually a tweaked, twin-turbo version of the 435i’s 3.0-litre straight-six, making this the first M Division 3-series derivative to use forced induction.

Don't expect anything too extreme--the S package consists of some interior and exterior upgrades, and a few suspension revisions. Changes include unique 18-inch wheels with painted black pockets, a grille with an S model-only winged badge and black background headlights.
