Harley Davidson EFI Race Tuner. You need this to dyno or set up your bike if you change pipes etc. I used one of these when I went from 88ci to 95 ci and a bigger cam. Ended up misplacing it somewhere, and bought this last year because I wanted to change exhaust. This is new/unopened. Once you hook it to your bike, it is married to that bike. A used one will allow you to to view perameters, but not make any changes. Even to change idle you need this.
Sold the bike before I got a chance to use it. Opened the software, but did not lock in a password. It is open for use, just wanted to check out the tables. Also included is a USB to com port adapter. Few laptops use com port so with this you can use usb for adjustments. Disc is a little scratched, but online you can find software if you needed it. These cost $20. This is a new unopened tuner. I will also include a used one with its' disc. Give it to your buddy and he can view the efi tables on his bike. Harley stopped selling these because the state didn't like it that you could set up a race bike. So only for track use! These cost $450 new. This is still new.
