"Carry-on" engine will power Le Mans racer
Tue, 28 Jan 2014NISSAN will this year compete in the famous Le Mans 24-hour race using a revolutionary 1.5-litre, 400bhp engine that’s small enough to qualify as carry-on luggage. The astonishing new technology produces more power per kilogram of engine weight than the 2014 Formula 1 engines, and what’s more it’s set to lead to road car technology. But now comes news of another Panamera variant – the Porsche Panamera Turbo S.
Proton Gen-2 facelift (2008): first photos
Thu, 10 Jul 2008By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 10 July 2008 06:49 Proton has published the first details of its revised Gen-2 small car. Inside, Proton spotters will recognise fresh red trim splattered around the cabin, a redesigned dashboard and handbrake (thank goodness – the last one pinched your fingers on occasion).
