Jaguar E-Type Original Engine Breather Cover -- Polished

This is a used engine breather cover from a Series 1 & 2 E-Type fitted with triple SU's.  It is in excellent shape and has been professionally poished. See photos to determine surface quality.



I am unloading my collection of parts accumulated as spares during a complete restoration of a 1970 SII roadster. The car has been sold and the parts are no longer needed.  Most of these spare parts were collected because they are becoming more and more rare and I knew some day I would need them.

BMW has a history that is nearly unparalleled, and in celebration of the German company's unique blend of luxury and sport, it will showcase a tribute concept called the 328 Hommage this weekend at the Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este on the shores of Lake Como in Italy. The 328 Hommage will employ a straight six-cylinder powerplant and the familiar kidney-shaped BMW grille stretched upright in dramatic fashion. The interior and exterior make heavy use of carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic and there are no doors--just deep recesses.
