Hyundai HND-9 Concept at Seoul Motor Show

The Hyundai HND-9 is a concept coupe from Hyundai, heading for the Seoul Motor Show at the end of March, and probably previews the next Genesis Coupe. The Hyundai HND-9 is, according to Hyundai, the ‘Latest luxury sports coupe’, which we assume means the HND-9 is pointing at the next generation Genesis Coupe, a car we don’t (yet) get in the UK. The HND-9 gets an evolution of Hyundai’s fluidic design (although, unlike the latest Santa Fe where Hyundai decided the new design was called ‘Storm’, the HND-9′s design doesn’t get a name) which Hyundai say is a modern reinterpretation of an elegant classic premium sports coupe.

2012 Audi RS5 hits the UK

The 2012 Audi RS5 - UK order book open The tweaked and titivated 2012 Audi RS5 hits the UK this week. Priced at £58,725, first customer RS5s will arrive in April. The Audi RS5 is Audi’s answer to the BMW M3, and in its latest 2012 iteration it probably comes closer to knocking the M3 off its throne than ever before.

Nissan Pivo 2 concept

Nissan has released details of a new Pivo 2, an advanced electric concept car that will debut at the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show. Building on the popularity of the first Pivo, shown at the 2005 Tokyo Motor Show, the latest concept will be powered by compact Lithium-ion batteries and features a unique rotating cabin. Where the first Pivo, with its fully rotating cabin design, made reversing obsolete, the Pivo 2 takes that easy mobility concept to a new level.
