We are selling a Mercury Outboard Top Mount Remote Control w/ Tilt & Trim Part # 8M0041431 Furnished with single trim switch in handle for trim and trailering. All installations require an Throttle/Shift Cables to complete the installation. Must use Gen II Throttle/Shift Cables design (897978A). Fits all Mercury outboard applications (with integral trim) 1993 and Newer Models. The auction is for the throttle control, hood and gasket. There is no manual or mounting hardware. The hood has some scratches (see pics). Previous Mercury Models: (883711A12 & 8m0041431). Wed, 26 Sep 2007The college for Creative Studies (CCS) has been teaming up with the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) since 1989, bringing together imaginative automotive design and steel, the material of choice in the industry. As did last year's program, this summer also saw three engineering students from the University of Michigan (UM) join three CCS transportation design students to develop a concept car. Revolving around an 'Inside Out' theme, students conceptualized, rendered and created a concept vehicle based on a steel exoskeleton design.
