You are buying one, NOS, GM Delco A-note horn. These horns are still sealed in the box, just as they were when they left the Delco-Remy factory in Anderson, Indiana. (I opened one to take the photos shown.) This horn is guaranteed to not be DOA, or your money will be refunded. These horns were used on the 1969-1981 Chevrolet Corvettes, as well as various other GM cars of this period. This item includes two adjustable, rotatably brackets, a mounting nut, and the Deco-Remy installation instructions, dated 7-1-85. This item will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
