Fresh from a barn in Maine.  I was digging thru several crates of old brake lines and found this at the bottom of one of the milk crates.  This is a rare hold over from the early days when you could make your own clutch or brake cables from scratch.  This is an original coil of 1/8" X 5/16" outter cable wrap for a clutch or brake cable.  This is 24' long, so 4 or 5 maybe 6 cables can be made out of this depending on stock length.  This has a 1/8" inside diameter, so it should work on most applications for a Harley or Indian.  This is very flexable and has no kinks or flat spots to spoil a cable.  Panhead, Knuckleheads, Big Twins, 45's. Chiefs, Scouts, 4's they all used this type of cable housing.  Here is a great chance to get an original antique cable housing rather than some China made copy.  This will cut to length for your bikes needs.  Thank you for looking and please check my other auctions for more old HARELY parts.

The BMW 2-series is set to replace the 1-series coupe that we've had on this side of the Atlantic come next spring, and a few months prior to its U.S. debut BMW has rolled out M Performance upgrades for the upcoming coupe. That's right, the 1-series will no longer be sold in the U.S., so there won't be any 2014 models.

Sun, 22 Aug 2010

The Mercedes CLS 2011 / 2012 is Official Last week saw the first dribble of what will undoubtedly become a flood of leaks in the run up to the Paris Motor Show at the start of October, with the leaking of official photos of the 2011 Mercedes CLS. When we reported the leak we did say we expected Mercedes to extract a digit and dish out the official gen sooner rather than later. So this bright Sunday morning (Sunday, eh?
