This engine has factory intake and dual exhaust manifold NOT SHOWN IN PICTURE of engine. No air cleaner. Starter is factory 20 Pound boat anchor. Use air cleaner that will suck engine fumes into air cleaner top. Engine in picture is in 66 El Camino with 2:41 rear end and Borg Warner T5 with 38% overdrive and gets 39 MPG at 65 MPH highway only with tail gate down and windows up summer tests only. I have swamp coolers built into area where floor vents are located behind kick panel. Factory in a 69 Firebird 4 speed they did 85 MPH in 17.1 Sec.  Mine is bored  and stroked to 269 Cu In. and has adapted Cheve long tube headers, a10.5 pound aluminum fly wheel, 6.5LB starter, aluminum drive line and engine is assembled with aluminum nuts, bolts, washers and all thread..It honks. Engine for sale is a rebuildable bone, one of TWO available. You have your choice of 230 or 250 crank, compression ratios of 9 to 1, 10.5 to 1, 12 to 1...Can be higher or lowered with piston choice. Quad is rebuilt and set up for high horse power.. Primary throttle shaft is ground flat and is said to add 50 CFM. I put carb on my engine to test and adjust.
