Fri, 30 Nov 2012The electric Tesla Model S – which won’t arrive in the UK until at least late in 2013 – is going up in price in the US and gets a spec change. The Tesla Model S is perhaps, just perhaps, the only really credible electric car so far; a luxury ‘Sports’ saloon car that offers range almost comparable to an ICE car and, it seems, prices that aren’t an awful lot different. That makes it a far more appealing prospect as a replacement for an ICE car than anything we’ve previously seen.
Audi Urban: Design Miami

Designed by architect Bjarke Ingels, the digital street has been created for the forthcoming Design Miami 2011 exhibition. Originally penned back in 2010 for the Audi Urban Future Award architecture competition, Bjarke Ingels Group have now tweaked their original submission into a three-dimensional LED installation. Depicting a street without limits, the installation shows a scenario of the future where functionality can change to prioritize pedestrians or traffic.
Hyundai vows 50 mpg for U.S. lineup by 2025
Wed, 04 Aug 2010Hyundai's entire U.S. vehicle lineup will achieve an average of 50 mpg by 2025, Hyundai Motor America CEO John Krafcik pledged on Wednesday. Speaking at the Management Briefing Seminars in Traverse City, Mich., Krafcik said Hyundai's U.S.
