Set of 2, full 16.5" x 9.5" perforated sheets. Trim to fit as you wish! Perfect for covering the old faded tanks. These are the highest quality decals on the market, they provide a great fit, great look and will never fade or wear off. Graphics These are made to withstand the rigours of motocross racing. High performance adhesive – sealed in graphics that will never fade or wear off. Can be applied over paint and a clear coat can be applied over the decals as well. Installation The most important aspect of decal application is to make sure your tank is free of all grease, dirt, etc. A good solvent-based cleaner will do the trick. Once cleaned allow a minimum of five minutes before decal placement. Carefully align decals before removing the backing to familiarize yourself with placement then apply. Temperatures above 15 C work best. You can use a hair dryer to help shape the decal. Adhesive cures to its best bond strength after 24 hours – do not use bike until bond is cured. The scramble for scarce tires
Mon, 27 Jun 2011North American automakers are struggling with a nagging shortage of tires, caused in part by tire plant closings and rising demand for low-volume specialty tires. Automakers are paying much higher prices -- double-digit percentage increases from a year ago -- as tire makers gain pricing power. "We have been bombarded from every side for additional tires, and we can't keep up," said David O'Donnell, Continental Tire's vice president of original equipment in the Americas.
