Bio Based Environmentally friendly tire bead seating lubricant. 

Anti Rust additives, 
Smooth texture. Can be used straight or diluted with water. Makes up to 40 gallons of dilute seating agent. 

For hard to seat tires with stiff sidewalls, ultra low profile tires, or ATV Bead lock rims use non diluted to assist in initial seating of bead. Grease like texture of the lubricant helps close air gaps long enough to expand the bead into place around the rim. 

Washes fully away with water. 
No chlorides, or other harsh chemicals thus poses less risk to finish on rims, and integrity of tires rubber along the bead.

Chrysler to build an electric version of the Fiat 500 for the U.S. market

Chrysler will build an electric version of the Fiat 500 minicar for sale in the United States, starting in 2012, the automaker said on Monday. A prototype of the Fiat 500EV was shown at the Detroit auto show. The concept uses an electric motor, an advanced lithium-ion battery pack and an electric vehicle-control unit.
