Vintage- universal three section antenna and mount- These were purchased at a Parts store yard sale- They are new in package, although package does show the signs of their age, the antennas are still sealed and perfectly fine. The mast is triple chrome plated. Mounting information is included on the back of the packaging as shown in pictures. BMW and Local Motors announce contest winners
Wed, 07 Nov 2012BMW and Local Motors have announced the winning ideas in the Urban Driving Experience Challenge after phase one of the contest closed on 16 October. Anthony Franze of Australia won first prize and a cash award of $7,500 with his design for a premium car sharing service called ‘BMW Reward Me.' He also earned himself a trip to Munich, Germany, to meet with the head of BMW's Group Research and Technology, Dr. Christoph Grote.

BMW broke the taboo of a diesel engine in a range-topping coupe in the last generation 6 Series, and takes that a step further in the new 6 Series by adding 4Wd to create the BMW 640d xDrive, which will be available as both a coupe and convertible.
