Cardboard tube formed to fit spark plug and have protected these plugs very well from damage.
Unused and as found condition. Show tarnish on brass and age with slight rust.
Marked made in USA on the plugs. Have not found much info other than what you see in pictures.
Tubes are 4" tall. Plug 2 1/2" tall with 11/16" thread.
Plug weight is 2 3/8 ounce each.

Expert: Fisker Karma's engine packaging, not batteries, likely caused fire

A garage fire last week in suburban Houston has been linked to a Fisker Karma plug-in hybrid, but the company quickly noted that the battery remained intact and unplugged -- and did not appear to be the cause. But if not the battery, then what? More likely, poor packaging in the engine compartment and exhaust routing generated excess heat.

Citroen’s new stop-start system revealed

The company launched its first-gen system four years ago on the C2 and C3, for which it claims fuel savings of up to 27 percent, but it’ll soon be superseded by a new, cheaper system. The second-generation Stop & Start will be launched in 2010 on PSA’s small petrol and – for the first time – diesel models.

20 special-edition copies of the Ferrari 458 Italia sent to China

The first factory car from Maranello to hit the shores of China was a 1992 Ferrari 348 TS. Twenty years later, Ferrari is celebrating its anniversary in the country by producing 20 special-edition copies of the 458 Italia inspired by the market. In addition to the car, Ferrari will open its first permanent brand exhibition outside of Maranello at the Italian Center of Shanghai's World Expo Park.
