Vintage Restored 1958 Chevrolet Radiator Harrison 4 Row For High Performance 348 on 2040-parts.com
Glendale, California, United States
This is the correct radiator for a 348 tri-power car. I purchased this in 1991 for my tri-powered Impala which I sold before I could install it. It has the correct "V" cell core which was new when I purchased it. It's been in storage since. I ran a 25 pound pressure test today for 4 hours without loss of pressure or water. (see last picture) Top outlet = 1 1/2", bottom = 1 3/4" This is for an automatic equipped car, with a built in trans cooler. |

Mercedes-Benz, BMW both post record September sales
Wed, 09 Oct 2013Not only are the German horsepower wars still going strong, but if this next bit of news isn't evidence of German sales wars, then we don't know what is. BMW sold 189,675 vehicles worldwide during the month of September, an increase of 6.7 percent over the previous year, which also made it the best September sales month for the automaker. This comes with a small asterisk -- namely, that figure includes Mini and Rolls-Royce sales, though if we're talking just BMW-badged vehicles, the September sales totaled 158,029 (still a 7.6 percent increase over September of 2012).
TVR set for 2015 comeback
Fri, 28 Jun 2013TVR's new owner, Les Edgar, has dated 2015 as the company's comeback, as they plan to have a two-car range costing 50,000-80,000 pounds ($76,155-$121,848). Having produced cars such as the Griffith, the Grantura, the Cerbera, the Chimaera, the Tuscan and the Sagaris, TVR hopes to continue and evolve this spirit after a production hiatus in 2006 due to ownership change. "It is a well-thought-out business plan, and at the root is the requirement to make money,” stated Edgar in an interview with Autocar.
