Ralph Lauren's car collection does Paris

Spring has sprung across much of the country, meaning heavy flannels now give way to white polo shirts--many of which will be crested with the familiar emblem of Ralph Lauren on the front. Exclusive: Frank Stephenson to become Design Director at McLaren

Thanks to our contacts in the automotive design community, we've become aware that Frank Stephenson, who until recently was Director of Design at Alfa Romeo, will be taking on a new role as Design Director at McLaren. "McLaren is pleased to confirm that Frank Stephenson will shortly join as Design Director," a company spokesperson told CDN, but would not reveal additional details. Stephenson was not prepared to comment.

Quattro is standard, helping to put 268bhp and 258lb ft safely to the ground, as well as helping the coupe claw to 62mph in just 5.2 seconds. Using a tweaked version of the Audi S3 2.0-litre turbocharged engine, the TTS will run on to a limited top speed of 155mph, in coupe or cabrio form.
