This listing is for a rebuilding service of a set of eight professionally rebuilt fuel injectors for a 1983 to 1988 6.2l Diesel engine. These injectors are built to OE standards and have new top of the line Bosch injector nozzles.

This listing is for a service which means you would send us your injectors and we will rebuild them and send them back. If you need them sooner and would like to do an exchange please look at our other listings that include the core deposit in the price.

If you have any questions you can call us at 262-859-2444 Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm

DON'T BE FOOLED OUR COMPETITORS SELLING INJECTORS WITH INFERIOR INTERSTATE MCBEE NOZZLES OR REMANUFACTURED NOZZLES!!! The nozzle is only part of the injector, not the whole injector. The nozzle is the actual working part of the injector that atomizes the fuel. Some companies sell rebuilt injectors with remaned nozzles which are far inferior to new, therefore we are making the distinction between the two. The same set of injectors at your local diesel injection shop would cost about $300 plus a set of cores. These also come with the copper installation gaskets. These are the long fine thread injectors and the ten digit number on the side of the injector is 0 430 211 058. Items will be shipped via usps priority mail. If you need them more quickly please specify and an additional charge may apply to cover higher postage costs.

These injectors are remanufactured but use brand new Bosch nozzles which are the part of the injector that wears out as well as the most expensive part. Using remanufactured nozzles seriously compromises quality and end up costing more in the end due to premature failure.

We also have the coarse thread injectors for the 1982 engine available for the same price. Just let mus know upon purchase if you need the fine or coarse threaded injectors

ALL OUR INJECTORS COME WITH A ONE YEAR UNLIMITED MILEAGE WARRANTY

We also have return line kits available for an additional $15.50 plus shipping in our other listings.

In the event that you have an improper diagnosis of a pump failure and the item is returned for warranty work and there is nothing wrong with the part there will be a service fee for testing the part. MINI gets a BMW 2.0 litre diesel

Sun, 03 May 2009

BMW 2.0 litre diesel in a MINI raises the prospect of a MINI John Cooper Works diesel [ad#ad-1] Just like every other car maker, MINI is trying to find a way to give their cars extra eco-kudos but still be able to deliver what their customers want. Hybrids, electric cars and other ‘eco-friendly’ options are one way to go, but diesels, with their extra torque and modern power, can deliver much of what a zippy little petrol unit can (even if they do lose some of the subtlety). So BMW are looking at ways to inject a little more economy in to the MINI Cooper, and if possible a little more power.
