You are bidding on a  fiberglass   race seat that I build; and made a mold of,  before I shipped the bike pictured to Australia. I made over  75 of these seats and shipped them all over the world; just sold one more that will leave  for Canada the second time.... you will get a seat as shown in picture # 6 to# 9 with nothing attached underneath  ( last pictures shows  finished seats to custom. spec and optional work / parts I can provide. as shown in pict. # 4 and 5  he did an awesome job...!!! ) and  you can cut and change as you like. Will fit other bikes as well; these seats have been used on  Nortons, Hondas, Suzukis etc.

The seat was made for a modified and shortened rear sub-frame  air head BMW ( apx. 4 " shorter) in front of the horse shoe bend...

I have made 2 seat extensions/alterations of the seat that you are bidding on in case you like me to do that. I can also supply a  seat cover as shown and seat foam as well as the brackets that I used on the orange R 75.

Any questions,.. please call me at 407 781 6592 ( Thor)

Since I shipped several of these seats outside the cont.USA , please contact me before bidding regarding shipping costs.

Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Two LaFerraris test at Fiorano Circuit

Tue, 17 Sep 2013

We don't need to say much about this video of two Ferrari LaFerraris testing at the Fiorano Circuit in Italy --caught by spy videographer extraordinaire Marchettino --except for “turn it up to 11.” In fact, we recommend you use a headphone-to-RCA converter and plug it in to the loudest stereo you have. That's the only way you can truly appreciate the Italian-opera wail coming from the 963 hp, 6.3-liter V12 as it boogies around the 1.8-mile, 12-turn test track. Marchettino said the camouflaged car must have a different exhaust because it sounded so much louder.

Concept Car of the Week: Ghia Streamline X 'Gilda' (1955)

Fri, 14 Mar 2014

In 1954 Virgil Exner, director of styling at Chrysler, created a scale clay-model to communicate to his team his vision of futuristic and aerodynamic shapes. The sculpture was then painted black and was left on display in Exner's Office. There it caught the eye of Luigi Segre, director of Ghia who expressed his intentions to create a car inspired by the forms of the model.

New Mercedes CLA: First photos

Mon, 24 Dec 2012

We have the first photos of the production version of the new Mercedes CLA due to debut at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show. The photos are quite stylised, but they do look like the real deal. They also look like they’re a version of the new CLA sporting the AMG Styling Packs rather than photos of the CLA 45 AMG (the CLA 45 AMG won’t arrive until Frankfurt 2013).
