The perfect item to keep your personal watercraft or any small boat, anchored away from the beach and damaging rocks. The heavy duty 1" nylon strap is secured to an anchor or stake (not included) by means of an adjustable loop on one end.
 The other end features an all brass swivel snap for attaching to the watercraft bow eye.* A 6" soft poly foam float keeps the snap end floating "upright" and highly visible when not in use so you can easily spot your ANCHOR BOBBERTM when coming back to shore. Uses high strength acetal buckles which won't scratch your watercraft. Strap measures approximately 8' long. Works in water depths of 2' to 4'. Ford justifies its Vignale sub-brand (video)

Ford’s first Vignale-badged car Earlier this month, as the Frankfurt Motor Show approached, Ford revealed that it’s going back to a sales tactic they created in the 1970s – badge-engineering their cars with a coachbuilders name to create an upmarket sub-brand. Last time Ford played this game we had almost 30 years for the Ford Ghia, a range of Ford’s mainstream models that had all the toys as standard to try and create an appealing high-end option for buyers.
Michael Mauer appointed head of design at Porsche
Mon, 10 May 2004Porsche AG has anounced the appointment of Michael Mauer to take over as chief designer from Harm Lagaay, who will retire on July 1 after 15 years in the post. Michael Mauer, 41, studied automobile design at Pforzheim University, and started his career at Mercedes-Benz. In 1989, he was appointed design project leader for the Mercedes V Class models, and was in charge of design work for the first SLK model generation.
Honda shows off Concept C and Concept S at Beijing motor show
Mon, 23 Apr 2012Alongside the Chinese introduction of its new ILX and RDX, Honda rolled out two concept vehicles that the company says presage new models to hit the Chinese market. The “C” in “Concept C” apparently stands for “cool,” “challenge” and “China,” which is er, um, iffy, but at least it's a departure from Honda's as-of-late anodyne exterior design. Though it rather closely resembles a late-model Hyundai dressed up in Super Sentai garb, Honda claims that the C's design was inspired by a dragon.
