Brakenetic Premium rotors have an 18 month warranty against manufactured defects (cracking), and 120 days warranty against warping, from date of purchase. Warranty does not cover improper installation, off road use or track use. Customer will be responsible for returning detective rotors for inspection. Warranty claim will not be granted if rotors have been altered or have reached the minimum thickness. No additional fees will be reimbursed with warranty claim (ex: installation fee). Only one warranty claim is allowed per order. Warranty is non-transferable.
 Return and exchanges are allowed within 60 days from date of purchase. All authorized return merchandise must be in brand new condition. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges on merchandise that show signs of use, damages or missing parts. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, original shipping fee is non-refundable. In the event of an exchange, buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost and subsequent replacement shipping cost unless the exchange is due to our error. Lotus's new 2010 Elise dips below 150g/km of CO2

Lotus is getting combative with the new Elise, pointing out that the Elise weighs just 876kg – while the Porsche Boxster sends the scales spinning to 1334kg.So how come the new Lotus Elise is so clean?The aerodynamics are 4% smoother, according to Lotus, while a smaller Toyota 1.6-litre VVT-i engine is downsized by 200cc compared with the outgoing 1.8, yet produces the same power.The new 2011 model year (but on sale now in 2010) shows the benefits of lightweight: it'll hit 60mph in 6.0sec.

GM’s Henderson offers a ray of hope for Sky, Solstice

CEO Fritz Henderson said that General Motors would be willing to sell its Wilmington, Del., plant, which builds the Sky and the Solstice--two eye-catching performance cars--if a buyer specifically wanted those niche products, similar to what Chrysler offered with its Dodge Viper business.
