This metric 5mm fuel hose is "Made in Germany for Volkswagens and other European vehicles.  It is most commonly used on older air-cooled,  Volkswagens that have carburetors, such as the Beetle thru '74, Karman Ghia, Type 3 Squareback thru '67, and Type 2 Bus thru '74.  Suitable for both gasoline and diesel fuel, this premium OEM quality, cloth-braided hose has a 5.0 mm inner diameter and a wall thickness of 2.5 mm.  The outer diameter is 9.5 mm.  The external braided cloth cover gives the original look from the factory

New BMW M3 & M4 teased on video (M4 Concept pictured) The new BMW M3 and M4 – effectively an M3 Coupe – are due for a debut at the Detroit Auto Show next month, and BMW are starting the tease with a new video. The video shows nothing of real note, just the outline of the M3 and M4 picked out by moving lights. Which seems a bit daft when we already have a pretty good idea of what’s on offer.

Bill Ford outlines 'Blueprint for Mobility' vision [w/video]

Ford Motor Company Executive Chairman Bill Ford outlined a plan this week to develop connected cars to combat congestion on the roads in the future. His speech at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain was the first ever to be delivered at the annual communications industry event by an automotive industry executive. TED was there to capture the event on video (see left).

BMW i3 starts at $42,275

The electric BMW i3 mini crossover will cost $42,275, including destination, when it debuts to the press on July 29. The company is hosting three simultaneous launch events in London, New York and Beijing. The production version of the car was first seen at the Frankfurt motor show in March.
