THIS EXHAUST IN GOOD CONDITION. THERE IS SOME COMMON SURFACE RUST ON IT. NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. IT IS A SOLID PIPE WITH NO HOLES OR LEAKS. THERE ARE SOME SCUFFS AND SCRATCHES ON IT. SOME ARE DEEPER THAN OTHERS. IT HAS A SMALL DING ON IT. IT'S IN PICTURE 5. IT HAS SOME LIGHT RASH FROM WHEN THE BIKE FELL OVER BUT NOT MUCH. YOU COULD USE AS IS OR PAINT IT BLACK. GREAT EXHAUST SYSTEM.  PLEASE REFER TO THE PICTURES FOR FURTHER DETAIL AND CONDITION.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has agreed -- so far. NHTSA decided against a full investigation after the second Model S fire in October.

NEW figures point to an average of 200 drivers arrested per day for drink driving related offences over the past Christmas period. The data, from the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO), show that 6,550 drivers gave positive breath tests or refused or failed to give a test out of 191,040 drivers. The campaign ran from November 29 to January 1 across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
