Thermoformed from .118 cell cast CLEAR acrylic sheet
All edges are rolled and smooth to the touch (just like real glass)
The black coating is paint applied over a sanded surface
(not the cheaper silkscreen coating applied to the slick plastic that is subject to the delamination issues like the originals and other aftermarket windows)
The front edge has a nice smooth rolled fit to the door glass
(fit and finish at the front edge is far superior to the factory windows and other aftermarket windows)
These are the same windows that I have made over the past 12 years.
Every set that I have installed in my Fiero's for the past 12 years still look great.

When we all thought the Mercedes F1 team didn’t have a chance of doing anything special in 2013, Hamilton and Rosberg have proved the 2013 car is a strong contender, and in final qualifying for tomorrow’s Spanish Grand Prix they’ve locked out the front row. Hamilton’s team mate Rosberg beat him to pole position – his second pole in a row – with Red Bull’s Vettel having to settle for third place alongside Kimi Raikkonen’s Lotus.
Mobile phones set to be biggest roads killer
Wed, 23 Jul 2014MOBILE PHONES are likely to be the number one cause of fatal collisions on the UK’s roads by 2015. The number of drivers making calls, texting and using social media while driving has risen dramatically, which has led Transport Minister Patrick McLoughlin to propose doubling the number of penalty points added to a driver’s licence if caught using a mobile phone while at the wheel. Figures from the Department for Transport show there were 378 accidents in 2012 that were directly attributed to mobile phone use, with 17 deaths recorded as a result.
Two-Wheeler Casualties On The Rise
Fri, 08 Nov 2013PROVISIONAL Government figures relating to spring 2013 show an increase in deaths on the road, with motorbike and pedal cyclist casualty rates in particular on the rise. The estimates showed that there were 450 deaths in reported road accidents in Britain between April and June) - a 12% rise on the figure of 402 in the same period last year. Car user and pedestrian casualties - those killed or seriously or slightly injured - fell in spring 2013, but pedal cyclist casualties rose 12%, while motorcyclist casualties were up 4%.
