Selling two (2) sheets, 4' x 6', 48 square feet of 1/4" thick fiberglass insulation with an aluminum foil backing. This is your chance to get a very high quality commercial grade product at a price much less than sold in the retail market. In fact our price is competitive with the 'bubble wrap' plastic type insulation.
We usually use 3m Super 77 Spray adhesive and install the fiberglass side to the panel being covered.
If you order more than one roll/piece we will ship one continuous length based on the number of rolls ordered, whenever possible. This will allow you to cut the exact size you need with less waste.
Although Ebay is our current top selling site we also sell at car shows.
Our shipping is based on the weight and your zip code. We do not charge a handling fee! If you order multiple rolls the shipping will be combined based on the weight, so your 2nd, 3rd or whatever you order, will just be a couple of dollars more than the single roll so order what you think you will need the first time and save on the shipping. Although I knew from my own experience this product worked beyond my wildest dreams, many people have ask for the 'R' value and heat transfer numbers using this insulation. This exact information was not available from the manufacturer so I made the following test and was amazed at how effective this insulation really is. In one of my cars I recorded the temperature on the engine side of the firewall, just behind the exhaust manifold to be 174 degrees while the temperature on the firewall at the same spot, inside the car was just 69 degrees. The outside temp that day was 67 degrees. Since this is only 2 degrees higher I assumed something was wrong with my testing equipment. Next I used my wife's clothes iron. Turning it as high as it would go, about 240 degrees, I placed the insulation about 1 inch from the iron and the temp just went up about 2 degrees. Still not believing what I saw I placed a sheet of the insulation directly on the iron with my hand and was amazed to experience so little heat transfer that I could press the insulation hard against the iron without burning my hand. I placed 2 sheets of the insulation on the iron and could not feel any heat. Too good to be true? This insulation is fantastic.

2014 Mazda 3 five-door revealed

However, unlike the CX-5 and 6, the Mazda 3, the company's best-selling vehicle, only enjoyed a mild Skyactiv makeover for the 2012 model year with the 2.0-liter Skyactiv engine and transmissions being made available on the second-generation model. This meant the 3 would have to wait until an all-new generation debuted to enjoy the entire suite of Skyactiv equipment, including the lighter-weight chassis, body and suspension.
Toyota to sell tens of thousands of fuel cell cars a year by 2020
Wed, 07 Mar 2012Toyota FCV-R Hydrogen Fuel Cell Toyota is pushing ahead with hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and plans to be selling tens of thousands a year by 2012, starting with the Toyota FCV-R Toyota may have brought yet another hybrid concept to Geneva, and may we have moaned again about their obsession with flogging hybrid cars. But we can’t argue they haven’t made a success of turning car buyers on to hybrid cars, however futile a long-term route we may think it is. But it seems Toyota do agree with us on electric cars with no plans to throw their weight behind the EV in a big way, but they are gearing up to try and do with hydrogen fuel cell cars what they’ve done with hybrid cars, and are expecting to be selling tens of thousands of fuel cell powered cars a year by 2020.

Wed, 12 Jun 2013The new Rolls Royce Wraith hits the road The new Rolls Royce Wraith – revealed at the Geneva Motor Show in March – is Rolls Royce’s answer to the sport credentials of Bentley, and it’s a convincing effort. Essentially a Ghost Coupe, the Wraith’s styling is, perhaps, a little jarring with its almost dog humping back end, but from some angles it also looks remarkably elegant for a two door coupe that’s the size of a delivery truck. But the key to the Wraith’s appeal – apart from the sumptuous fixtures and fittings – is its dynamism and power, with 624bhp on tap from its v12 (and an earth-turning 590lb/ft of torque too) enough to shift the Wraith to 60mph in a very un-Rolls Royce 4.4 seconds.
