I received this in the recent purchase of old shovel parts and a 1980 Super Glide roller that had a 1978 motor. The motor was torn down, and everything was in different stages of restoration. Now Ive read that in 1978 , some models may have been 80 ci. Other websites say 1979 is first year. I am showing you everything I can including numbers and the bore diameter both in millimeters and inches. So please let me know what you think. These were bead blasted then cleaned in a heat steamer for a couple of hours.Then powder coated. One jug has a little scoring you can feel with the fingernail. Its not gouging, but scoring. You might be able to clean it up with a common hone. But everyones opinion is different so if you decide to bore thats your choice. I do not have the pistons or rings.

Mon, 21 Jun 2010The Toyota Prius plug-in arrives in the UK The next step in the Toyota Prius story is the plug-in Prius, which adds some Lithium-Ion batteries to the mix and the ability to plug the Prius in to the mains to get a usable kick-start to your day’s motoring, with an electric only range of up to 12.5 miles – around double the range a regular Prius can manage when fully charged. Toyota announced plans to get 500 Prius Plug-in Hybrids on the roads in 2010 back in September last year to evaluate their real-world performance before the plug-in gets a proper release – probably in 2012. Toyota are leasing 20 of the Prius plug-ins to a handful of public and private businesses in London as part of their plan to develop the Prius plug-in, and reduce the company’s overall CO2 levels – something which is sadly required by legislation.
Italdesign Giugiaro transforms 'Golf Vision 2020' winning design into hard model
Tue, 08 Oct 2013Italdesign Giugiaro transformed an Istituto d'Arte Applicata e Design (IAAD) student's thesis project into a 1:4 scale model after it was chosen by Giorgetto Giugiaro as the best Masters project in the ‘Golf Vision 2020' challenge. The challenge, launched in collaboration with the carozzeria and Volkswagen, asked students to design the Volkswagen Golf of 2020. The best designs from the Bachelors and Masters courses were picked at the end of the year by renowned designer and school sponsor, Giorgetto Giugiaro.
