- Temperature Settings jumping during the drive, cannot control desired temperature; Only Hot or Only Cold.
- Fan Speed is Only Low, Only High or Intermittent, in some cases no Fan at all.

Wrap the climate control in bubble wrap inside a brand cardboard box
Allow several inches of padded space between the climate control and inner walls of the box
Climate controls not packaged carefully can, and will, break while in transit
Pack as you would fine china or glass
Do not use shredded paper or packing peanuts as it may end up inside the climate control
Include your PayPal invoice, or hand written sheet of paper with your return shipping address, email and phone number
Use FedEx, USPS or UPS to ship your climate control to us (FedEx Ground return shipping back to you is included in the auction price. If you would like your climate control shipped faster please select a different shipping option.)
