Return:  All returns must be submitted within 14 days of receiving, along with  the original receipt or invoice. The shipping cost is not refundable.  You need to have return authorization by contacting us.

Warranty:  Performance part warrants its entire product to be free from defects in  workmanship and material under normal service conditions for a period of 60 days from the original date of purchase. This warranty is not  transferable, is valid to the original purchaser, and limited to the  replacement of a defective product only.

This limited warranty does not cover non-certified mechanic installs, labor  cost, damaged from accidents,  alterations, issues or modifications not intended by the manufacturer. All  warranty claims must be pre-authorized and returned prepaid to  CaliAutoParts for inspection and approval. This warranty does not cover  or assumes responsibility for any expenses, such as labor, towing, loading  fluids, oils or car rentals. This limited warranty gives you specific legal  rights, and you may have rights that vary from state to state. The above  limitations may not be applicable in your state.

**We strongly suggest/urge all parts to be installed by a certified  mechanic.  Parts broken due to home installations are NOT covered.   We will ask for proof of installation by a certified mechanic before all  approved warranty replacements.
