Shipping

ebay & paypal allow me to ship only to the address attached to your payment so please make sure you have your correct actual address on file; otherwise your payment will have to be refunded and you will need to resend your payment with correct address in order for the part to be shipped to you ;

part will be shipped within 24 business hours from purchase ;

 South Carolina Taxes

All sales made in South Carolina, including if you buy a part out of state and pick it up in South Carolina, there will be a 7% non-negotiable sales tax.

Damage During Shipping

package must be inspected upon delivery ; if part arrives damaged during shipping please do not use return center giving reason "doesn't work/doesn't fit" or "not as described" as i will not be able process it then but please contact me immediately (within 3 days) so i may assist you with filing a claim against the shipping company that is responsible for package during shipping - all packages are insured ;

Returns

there is 14 days for return starting on day of delivery ;

no return will be accepted after 14 days, no exception ;

this part has been checked/tested before and after removal and confirmed to be in 100% good working condition ;

when you buy incorrect part please do not use return center giving reason "doesn't work/doesn't fit" or "not as described" as i will not be able process it then but please contact me immediately and send me digital picture of VIN of your vehicle so i may assist you ;

all parts that are returned that are not defective will have 35% restocking fee (which is not seller's profit but it has already covered the cost of handling, packing and shipping of good correct part to the buyer);

a signed paid receipt and a statement from ASE certified mechanic doing the installation on company's letterhead stating that my marked part is defective will be required upon requesting any warranty replacements ;

buyer is responsible to ship the part back to the seller ;

part must be returned in same condition and fully assembled (i must receive back all parts that have been included in sale, matching original pictures in listing) ;

absolutely no return will be accepted if any alteration/modification were made to the part or if there is any sign of tampering with the part or my marking ;

please remember to pack the part as well as it was packed when shipped to you (so it will not get damaged during shipping) and let me know tracking number as soon as possible so I will know when to expect it ;

under no circumstances are any lost wages, labor or car rental/towing cost reimbursable ;
