Returns:

  • All returns must be made and will be accepted within 14 days of item being received by customer only if the item is non-functional or it differs substantially from the description!  
  • There is no returns if a customer orders a wrong part from us.
  • Please ask questions prior to bidding and verify the fit in your application with your local dealer or an independent  source! 
  • Customers are fully responsible for returning back the merchandise, on their expense. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable! Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. You will be refunded the purchase price less our shipping costs as soon as item is returned to us.

Engines: 
  • Warranty Limited to 30 days from purchase date
  • Please be sure to have installation done by a professional and or certified repair facility

  • Inspect seals and replace, warranty does not cover any type of gasket or seal

  • All engines are sold as a long block which includes Oil pan, Block, Heads and Valve Covers. Any other included components are considered convenience items and are not covered by our Guarantee. Almost all engines will include intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, fuel system, harness and sensors, unless specified in the particular part description. You should expect to use your existing intake manifold(s), exhaust manifold(s), sensors, and harness to eliminate complications when installing a used engine.

  • All engines are sold without any oil, other related fluids starter, alternator, steering pump, turbo, supercharger, Ac compressor, Coil packs, distributors, plastic engine covers, throttle bodies, and ECU.

  • Warranty is void when: 

  1. unauthorized dismantling of heads and block is performed; 

  2. when and if heat tabs are melted or removed.

  • Warranty does not cover:

  1. Negligence, abuse, natural perils, and any accident of unit; 

  2. Does not include switches, sensors, or any labor charges; 

  3. The cost of labor required to remove and install a repaired or exchanged engine to the vehicle; 
  4. Loss caused by the engine being improperly installed; 
  5. Loss caused by overheating; 
  6. Oil leaks, blown head gasket or any other engine damage due to over heating issues that may be caused by poor water circulation, clogged radiator, stuck thermostat or a faulty water pump, etc; 
  7. Decrease in performance of any covered part due to normal wear and tear; 
  8. Loss caused by any modification or use of the engine for which it was not originally designed; 
  9. The engine if it is used for competitive driving or racing; 
  10. Loss caused by the failure of a part or parts of the engine that are not covered by this limited warranty; 
  11. Tune-ups and adjustments, filters, hoses, belts, lubricants, coolants, emission control devices, spark plugs, tune-up parts, etc; 
  12. Deterioration or pre-ignition damage; 
  13. Loss caused by defective timing belt. A brand new timing belt must be installed; 
  14. Loss caused by modification or forced induction (NOS, Turbos, Supercharged) for which the engine was not designed;
  • WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS WAGES, LABOR, RENTAL, ETC FROM THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF ANY OF OUR ENGINES.
  • Please inspect your item, for any damage due to shipping carrier and/or shipping process, at the time of pick-up BEFORE signing anything from the shipping carrier. 
  • You will be required to submit proper documentation, such as shop receipt, regarding the installation to support a warranty claim.
Transmissions: 
  • We warranty transmissions for 30 days.
  • Warranty period begins on the day the part is delivered. Warranty is for replacement of the part only and does not include any towing, labor, fluids, seals, or gaskets.
  • All parts must be installed to manufacturer's specifications. Failure to install parts properly will void all warranties. 
  • You will be required to submit proper documentation, such as shop receipt, regarding the installation to support a warranty claim.
  • Customer Responsibility: Replace seals, gaskets, and filters before installing! Torque Converter must be properly seated and aligned to the front pump. 
  • Cooling lines must be flushed of debris before installing. Some will come with NO fluid, please check and fill fluid to manufacturer levels.
  • This warranty does not cover fluid leaks, switches, sensors or any labor charges. Please drain the returned core.
  • We do not guarantee miles.
Warranty: 

  • We do not offer warranty.
  • All the parts are tested either before or after removal from the vehicle. 
  • Before purchasing the item, the customer MUST verify that the item will fit the said vehicle. 
  • There may be light scuffs, scratches or other imperfections as a result of this being a used part.  
  • Warranty on electronic devices are void if identifying mark or label is removed or has signs of tampering.
What does RH and LH mean?
  • In the US LH means Driver Side, and RH means Passenger Side.
Sales Tax:

So it’s no surprise to see Ford starting to blat the new Focus RS round the Nurburgring – albeit using a Focus ST as a mule for the RS’s powertrain – ahead of a probable reveal late in 2015. Almost certainly powering the new Focus RS is the 2.3 litre EcoBoost from the new Ford Mustang, which gets 304bhp in the Mustang but which is expected to get as much as 345bhp in the new RS – as much as the old Focus RS500 managed.
