This is a pair of USED OEM Dodge ram headlights 2006-2008. Headlight bulbs are included and were working when removed. I removed these from my truck only to upgrade my truck. Passenger has a crack on side that can be sealed, I never had a problem with it. I also attached a pic so you can see it before you decide to buy them. Other then that, they just have normal wear from driving and look good
