The current model of the Mercedes C-Class has beenĀ aroundĀ for a while and is due for an upgrade in 2014. But with a year to go before we get a new C-Class, Mercedes has launched the special edition ‘Edition C’ models to inject some new showroom appeal in the C-Class range.

Last year's Camaro coupe has already been given the nod for sales in two years' time, and this soft-top will join the stable later in 2009. The size is identical to the coupe, but the - bright chromed - windscreen mounting is slightly different to accommodate the hood.
