Bieber pleads guilty

POP SUPERSTAR Justin Bieber has pleaded guilty to charges of careless driving and resisting arrest seven months after he was held in Miami Beach following what police initially called a drag race. The 20-year-old pop star's plea deal with prosecutors, detailed at a court hearing, includes a 12-hour anger management course, a £30,000 charitable contribution and fines. The deal allows Bieber to avoid a driving under the influence conviction.

Design LA, the automotive design conference that incorporates the Design Challenge competition, has announced its winners, during this year's LA Motor Show. This year's nine competition entries had a brief to deliver a 100 percent recyclable, five-year lifespan vehicle with 'accoutrements that add fun or function to represent California's unique green lifestyle.' RM auction in Monaco rakes in $45.1 million

Call it the Feast of Ferrari. Led by a stunning lineup of rare and classic automobiles wearing the Prancing Horse, sales at the RM auction in Monaco on May 1 totaled more than $45.1 million. The highest seller at the event was a 1962 Ferrari 400 Superamerica Cabriolet Pininfarina AWB, which sold for $3.8 million, a record for Superamericas, RM said.
