We offer a 30 Day Limited Warranty for this item. All return item(s) must be in brand new condition and with all original packaging and accessories. 15% restocking fee will be applied and all shipping and handling fee is nonrefundable.
Please contact us to request a return authorization. Please include your name, auction number, and reason for return in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.
Please carefully repack the item. Items returned will be tested and if found defective, we will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.
If the item is not found defective or damaged, the item will be sent back to the buyer at buyer’s expense. Items returned without our authorization will be refused and returned to the sender. Installation skill and experience varies so it is recommended the item is installed professionally (beware some shops are worse than others). We wish all the tuner parts we sell were as simple as putting Shoes on your feet but they are not. Keep in mind, we do not make the products.
