Shipping	I ship within United States ONLY. In The lower 48 states I use UPS Ground, Fedex Ground, and DHL Ground. All shipping cost listed are for GROUND ONLY and are flat rates. PLease note that if you have a PO box or in HI, AK; that you must pay for US Postal Service Priority Mail. I will ship to If you want over night, then you must email me before you pay for item, so I can give the amount it will be to have it shipped to you.
