Shipping:

Items will be shipped within ONE Business DAY of receiving payment. Please note; some items may be drop shipped from various warehouses across the US. For such items, delivery time may vary. Shipping orders are filled on Monday through Friday.

The listed shipping price is a flat rate for the lower 48 states only. Shipping costs to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii are double the listed shipping price.

International buyers must contact us BEFORE bidding for an international shipping quote. International buyers who do not contact us before, your order will be held until additional shipping amount is paid. We will NOT put a false value on the customs form. The value on the form will be what it sold for at auction. Most international shipments incur tariffs by the country to which an item is shipped. Italian design house Bertone nearing bankruptcy

The Italian design house Bertone is reportedly nearing bankruptcy again, according to a report from Autocar. The carrozzeria has experienced financial problems in 2008 and 2013, and even though it generated more than €20 million, or approximately $28 million, last year, the company reportedly laid off 160 employees recently. At least 30 workers who have been laid off have taken action against the company, seeking to recover monies owed to them.

In addition to showcasing the talent of student designers, the 2012 Interior Motives Design Awards acknowledged for the first time the achievements of the schools that nurtured them with its inaugural ‘Most Successful School' award. After a close-run battle with Italy's Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) that was eventually decided by just a single point, the award went to London's Royal College of Art. This one-off award for the RCA is backed up by CDN's league table of school success over the past five years, which has now been updated to include the results from the 2012 Interior Motives Design Awards.
