Kia Soul concepts

Tue, 19 Feb 2008 00:00:00 -0800

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 19 February 2008 15:46 Kia will show a glimpse of its new Soul soft-roader at the Geneva Motor Show on 4 March 2008, previewed in this teaser shot. McLaren P11 caught testing

Fri, 30 Jan 2009 00:00:00 -0800

Proof of how far along the P11 is came today with pictures of the car out testing in chilly climes in Sweden (just like the next generation Porsche 911 (998) and the new Baby Rolls Royce, the RR4). McLaren P11 caught testing in snowy Sweden The McLaren P11 is a hand-built carbon composite 2 seater, mid engined car, with a target weight of only 1250kg. Power is likely to come from a Mercedes lump, and probably a tuned version of the 6.2 litre AMG found in the ’63s’, mated to an F1 style flappy-paddle gearbox.

Citroen DS3 at 2009 Frankfurt motor show

Mon, 24 Aug 2009 00:00:00 -0700

By Tim Swietochowski First Official Pictures 24 August 2009 11:37 Citroen has unveiled the production version of its DS3, which will be displayed for the first time at the 2009 Frankfurt motor show. It is a brave decision by Citroen to revive the DS badge – standing for déesse (or goddess) and first seen on the pioneering 1950s DS. Based on the next C3, the DS3 is the first of a new range of ‘near-premium’ models, which will eventually include posher DS4 and DS5 derivatives based on future C4 and C5 models.
