If Fedex has destroyed a box, and a part has been pulverized, we will need to see it. Sometimes verbal or written communication won't help, and photos will help clarify any confusion. Take photos of everything including packaging.

If you know something is defective or wrong, don't install it. By installing it, you will lose the ability to process a claim.
