What is Silver Fiber?
 
Silver Fiber is a fiber made with layer of 99,9% pure silver, which is permanently bonded to the surface of a textile fiber. It has been used primarily as an industrial and medical product, servicing high-tech industries and the Department of Defense.
More recently it has been thrust into consumer product markets as a result of the need for a safe, natural and effective antimicrobial solution. Silver Fiber is a fiber antimicrobial, all natural, heat transfer, anti-static and therapeutic.
The Silver Fiber fiber has a layer of pure silver permanently bonded to the surface of a textile fiber. The process is such that the fiber, with its silver layer, retains traditional textile and tactile characteristics. It can be used in knits, wovens and non-wovens as either a filament or spun yarn.
Silver Fiber offers all the benefits known to be inherent to pure silver, only in a new format: a textile fiber.

What is COOLBEST Fiber?
 
CoolBest^® is a functional polyester fiber with high-performance of moisture absorption and sweat drain. Due to the yarn has a specially designed “+” sharp, take advantage of its high superficial measure of area and grooves, based on a siphon theory, it is more easier to absorb the sweat and than be channeled to outside from skin surface, in addition, it has more space between the filament than the other regular ones, therefore, it can rapidly vaporize and keep the skin dry, comfortable.

Shipping
● Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding. Sometime customs will inspect the parcel and sometime will not. We will send the product as gift or sample and put lower value on invoice to help customer avoid the import duty. Most of our customers don't be charged any duty or extra charge. If you have any special request, please kindly advise us once place order.
● Taking about 9 delivery days to worldwide (It includes normal weekdays. Often Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays are not included in transit time estimates). If you have not received the parcel in 30 days, please email us and we will track and verify if the parcel has been shipped correctly. Please do not leave us Negative Feedback maliciously.

● We will advise tracking number for your reference after send out the shipment.
● If the parcel has been returned to us for the reason of nobody pick up the parcel or wrong address (the post can prove the status). Buyers or bidders have the responsible for paying the shipping cost again.
● For international returns, we will not reimburse for customs, import duties and taxes. These charge are the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the event a package is refused, carrier will return the package to us and charge us return fee. We will reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee plus any return fees charge to us in order to recover the refused package. We will not refund any shipping costs once an item is refused. Buyer's or bidder's refund will be processed once we receive it.
● All goods will be shipped out from Taiwan with good carton and good packaging condition; however, if buyers or bidders have found the parcel (box) damaged (see as below picture), please reject to sign for the parcel and return to the shipper at first hour (so that we can apply for transit damaged claims of the parcel and refund or exchange to buyers or bidders ASAP).
